Set in a polluted and devastated underwater world, where the air and sea are no longer conducive to life, a group of genetically mutated robotic fish and garbage-cleaning machines exist in an abandoned, heavily polluted underwater city. The robotic fish, with their marvelous designs, view garbage as food and live a whimsically absurd yet thought-provoking life amidst the crisis-ridden underwater city. As the story unfolds, the robotic fish gradually realize that the real ocean should not look like this.
